§ 132.06  CLIMBING LIGHT POLES.
   Whoever shall, in said village, climb upon any street-lamp, post, telephone, telegraph, electric light pole, or water tower, or shall hang, or place upon, or against the same any goods, boxes, fuel, or other material, shall be guilty of a petty offense, provided that this section shall not apply to agents or employees of any electric light company, telegraph, or telephone company in making any proper and necessary repairs, or adjustment, of wires or lights for his or her respective lines or plants.
