§ 131.31  ALLOWING UNLAWFUL ASSEMBLAGE.
   Whoever shall knowingly suffer or permit any assemblage for the purpose of committing any unlawful act, or breach of the peace, or any riotous, offensive, or disorderly conduct, in or upon any premises owned by him or her or under his or her control, within said village shall be guilty of a petty offense.
