§ 131.30  UNLAWFUL ASSEMBLAGE.
   Any two or more persons who shall, within the village, assemble together for any unlawful purpose, or who being assembled, and shall act on concert to do an unlawful act with force and violence against the property of the village, or the person or property of another person, or against the peace, or to the terror of citizens or other persons, or who shall make any movement or preparation therefor, shall be severally guilty of a petty offense, and shall be guilty of a further petty offense upon refusal to disperse, after being requested to do so by any police officer or other officer of the village.
