§ 131.02  THROWING MISSILES.
   Whoever shall purposely or heedlessly cast, or throw, any stone, brick bat, or other missile from, or into, any public place, or at any house, barn, or person, or at any electric light globe or fixture within the village, shall be guilty of a petty offense.
