Each owner/operator who shall own and operate in the village one or more such coin-operated devices, as enumerated above in § 111.01, shall pay a village license fee of $10, payable annually in advance, and an additional fee of $15 per year for each machine, amusement device, billiard, or pool table which he or she operates in the village, which shall be paid to the Village Clerk in advance. The Village Police Department is empowered and directed to place an official sticker on each machine, device, billiard, or pool table showing that it has been properly licensed, and the Village Police Department is empowered and required to enforce this subchapter.
