§ 93.99  PENALTY.
   (A)   Any person violating any provisions of this chapter, for which no specific penalty is prescribed, shall be subject to § 10.99.
   (B)   No building shall hereafter be erected within the fire limits, unless a permit therefore is first obtained from the President and Board of Trustees of the village. The owner, or person desiring to erect or construct any building or structure, within the fire limits, as prescribed in § 93.15 of this chapter shall, when he or she applies to the President and Board of Trustees, submit the plans and specifications of such proposed building or structure, and shall file a copy thereof with the Village Clerk, and any departure from such plans and specifications in the construction of the outside or party walls, or roof, increasing the liability of such building to take fire or burn, shall forfeit such permit, and the supervising architect, or contractor, or other person making, ordering, or constructing to such departure, shall be guilty of a petty offense, for which the minimum fine shall be $50 for each offense.

   (C)   Any person who violates this chapter shall be subject to a petty offense as defined in the village ordinances, for which the minimum fine shall be $50.

   (D)   Any owner, building, or other person who shall own, build, or aid in erection of any building, or part of building, within said fire limits, contrary to, or in any other manner than authorized by the provisions of this chapter, or who shall remove, or assist in removing, any wooden building within said fire limits from one lot to another therein, or who shall remove, or assist in removing, any such building from without said fire limits into the same, or repair, or assist in repairing, any damaged building, contrary to the provisions of this chapter, in either case above specified, shall be guilty of a petty offense, and shall be guilty of a separate petty offense for every 48 hours such person or persons shall fail to comply with the provisions of this chapter, or continue in the violation thereof.
