§ 92.99  PENALTY.
   (A)   Any person convicted of a violation of §§ 92.01 through 92.05 shall be guilty of a petty offense.
   (B)   The Village Attorney, instead of filing a chapter violation complaint may, as an alternative remedy, seek to have the alleged discriminatory practices abated by an action for an injunction to be maintained in the appropriate court of the state.
