§ 90.99  PENALTY.
   (A)   Any person violating any provisions of this chapter, for which no specific penalty is prescribed, shall be subject to § 10.99.
   (B)   Any individual, firm, association, or corporation violating any of the provisions of §§ 90.01 through 90.06 shall upon conviction be guilty of a petty offense. Each day that a violation is allowed to exist shall constitute a separate offense.

   (C)   Whenever any person causes or commits any of the actions in § 90.27, he or she commits a petty offense.
