§ 90.26  BARBED WIRE FENCES.
   All fences within said village, situated along or upon the border of any street, alley, or public grounds, or which shall be or are located upon any plotted grounds or tract of land forming any addition to said village, and which said fence or fences run parallel with any street or streets, or alley in said village, constructed in whole or in part of what is known as barb, or barbed wire, or any material of like nature, and which (barbed wire fences) shall not be securely separated from such street or alley by a good and sufficient fence of any sort not prohibited by this section; and all hedge fences of whatsoever kind in said village exceeding four feet in height, or the boughs, limbs, or sprouts of which extend outward beyond the inner edge of any public sidewalk or pavement in said village, be and the same are hereby declared to be nuisances.
