§ 90.22  UNSAFE SIGNS.
   Whoever shall erect, keep, or maintain, or suspend any sign, awning, goods, clothing, or other structure or thing over or across any street, or render travel thereon inconvenient or unsafe; or whoever shall overhand the same in such manner as to obstruct such sidewalk or street, or render travel thereon inconvenient or unsafe; or whoever shall suffer any awning, sign, or structure over any street or sidewalk to be out of repair, or in an insecure or unsafe condition, shall be deemed guilty of maintaining a nuisance.
