There is hereby created the Andrew L. Tuttle Memorial Museum Trust Fund. The Finance Director is directed to establish an account with an appropriate financial institution maintaining offices within the City of Defiance to which all donations to the City for the expansion, operation and maintenance of the Andrew L. Tuttle Memorial Museum shall be deposited and to which all interest earnings on said deposits shall be credited. All moneys received as donations to the Andrew L. Tuttle Memorial Museum and all moneys earned on the investment of said donations shall be expended solely for the preservation and display of goods bequeathed to the Municipality by Andrew L. Tuttle, for the acquisition, preservation and display of artifacts by the Municipality for inclusion in the Andrew L. Tuttle Memorial Museum collection or for the acquisition, improvement, and maintenance of real property upon which Andrew L. Tuttle Memorial Museum artifacts are housed or displayed.
