159.03 RULES FOR RETENTION AND DISPOSAL OF PUBLIC RECORDS.
   The Records Commission shall provide rules for the retention and disposal of public records of the City and shall review records disposal lists submitted by Municipal offices. Before public records are disposed of, the Commission shall provide appropriate notice to the Auditor of State and to the Ohio Historical Society, as provided in Ohio R.C. 149.39. In addition, the Commission may initiate and promulgate plans and procedures for the reproduction of City records and for the purpose of more economical storage and safety of such records.
