159.02 COMPOSITION; MEETINGS.
   The membership of the Records Commission shall consist of the Mayor or his or her appointed representative as Chairperson, the Finance Director, the Law Director and a citizen of the City appointed by the Mayor. The Commission shall appoint a Secretary and may employ an archivist, both to serve under the direction and at the pleasure of the Commission. The Commission shall meet at least once every six months and upon call of the Chairperson.
