155.04 ORGANIZATION; MEETINGS; REPORTS.
   As soon as practical after the effective date of this chapter (Ordinance 2378, passed November 18, 1969), the Human Relations Commission shall meet and elect a Chairperson, a Secretary and other officers as it deems necessary, adopt rules for the transaction of business and make arrangements for the taking and preserving of minutes of all its meetings. Thereafter, the Commission shall meet at the call of the Chairperson or Secretary when the need arises. The Commission shall report on its activities monthly to the Mayor and Council and at other and additional times as the Mayor and Council deem necessary or expedient.
