155.03 PURPOSES.
   The purposes of the Human Relations Commission are as follows:
(a)    To promote the American ideal of equality and justice;
(b)    To further understanding between people;
(c)    To encourage and implement wise adjustments to social problems and opportunities;
(d)    To study the nature and causes of prejudices and make recommendations for improvements;
(e)    To provide for mediation through conferences and conciliation; and
(f)    To coordinate its investigatory activities with the Human Rights Board and supervise the administration of Chapter 507 of the General Offenses Code.
