147.21 EFFECT OF COLLECTIVE BARGAINING AGREEMENT.
   In the event a provision of an agreement between the City and any certified or recognized exclusive representative of employees is inconsistent with this chapter, the collective bargaining agreement shall supersede the conflicting ordinance and shall, to the extent that the subject matter with respect to which such inconsistency exists is specifically addressed by the agreement, govern the wages, hours, terms and other conditions of employment of the affected employees.
