141.12 ISSUANCE OF CITATIONS FOR PARKING IN FIRE LANES.
   (a)    The Fire Division is hereby authorized and empowered to issue parking tickets for prohibited parking in fire lanes within the City.
   (b)    The Chief or Assistant Chief of the Fire Division shall designate the appropriate personnel within their Division to enforce said fire lane parking violations.
