141.08 EMERGENCY FIRE-FIGHTERS.

In case of a riot or other emergency, the Mayor may appoint additional fire-fighters and officers for temporary service in the Fire Division. Such personnel need not be in the classified list of the Division. The additional persons shall be employed only for the time during which the emergency exists.
