141.07 SCHOOLING OF OFFICERS AND FIRE-FIGHTERS.

The City Administrator and/or the Fire Chief may send any of the officers and fire-fighters of the Fire Division to schools of instruction designed to promote the efficiency of fire-fighters. If duly authorized in advance, the City Administrator shall pay their necessary expenses from the funds used for the maintenance and operation of the Division.
