135.02 BOOKS AND ACCOUNTS; ADDITIONAL POWERS AND DUTIES.
   The Finance Director shall keep the books of the City; shall keep an accurate account of all moneys received by him or her, showing the amount and the time when, from whom and on what account received, and of all disbursements made by him or her, showing the amount and the time when, to whom and on what account paid; and shall exhibit accurate statements of all property owned by the City and the income derived therefrom and of all taxes and assessments. The Director shall arrange his or her books so that the amount received and paid on account of separate funds or specific appropriations shall be exhibited in separate accounts. In addition to the ordinary duties, the Director shall have the powers and perform the duties required by ordinances of the City not inconsistent with this chapter and not incompatible with the nature of his or her office.
