The City Administrator is authorized to enter into such cooperative agreements with the Ohio Historic Preservation Officer as may be necessary to receive federal funds granted to the Municipality pursuant to any application therefor approved by Council. All departments and divisions of the Municipal government shall comply with the requirements of agreements authorized by this section. (Ord. 7057. Passed 7-14-09.)
