121.03 ATTENDANCE OF DEPARTMENT AND DIVISION HEADS AND MAYOR AT MEETINGS.
   The department heads shall attend the meetings of Council when specifically requested by Council, through the Mayor, or solely by the Mayor, to do so and shall answer questions relative to the affairs of the City under their respective management and control. Division heads may be requested to attend through their various department heads and if the department head requests their attendance, they shall comply. The Mayor’s attendance shall be governed by Section 3.06(1) of the City Charter.
