This chapter and the administrative rules adopted under the authority of this chapter shall not be construed to prohibit the release of public records or the disclosure of personal information or other information in public records that is required to be kept open for inspection by Ohio R.C. 149.43, or to authorize a public body to hold an executive session for the discussion of personal information or other information if the executive session is not authorized under Ohio R.C. 121.22(G).
