105.01 DESIGNATION OF WARD BOUNDARIES.

The City is hereby subdivided into four wards which are equal in number to the members of Council who are to be elected by wards. The boundaries of the wards, which are determined to be as nearly equal in population as is practical, are defined in this chapter.
