103.01 CITY FLAG.
   There is hereby adopted by and for the City a City flag, which is described as follows: The name of the City of Defiance appears over a design of Fort Defiance which was originally drawn by Louis Simonis, Local Historian. Underneath the circular drawing are the words: Fort Defiance 1794 and in larger letters at the bottom, Incorporated 1836. Lettering is in blue on a white background with gold fringe surrounding the entire flag. The designer and donor of the Flag, Keith D. Spangler, is hereby recognized for his generous contribution.
