Section 5.04 Removal from Office and Recall.

The electors shall have the power to remove officer of the City holding an elective position. The procedure for recall shall be as provided by Section 705.92 of the Ohio Revised Code on the date the Petition is filed with the Board of Elections. (Amended November 3, 2009)
