131.06 SIGNATURE AUTHORITY FOR ALL CONTRACTS AND AGREEMENTS WITH THE UNITED STATES DEPARTMENT OF AGRICULTURE.

(a) The City Administrator is authorized to act or sign contractual, documents and agreements on behalf of the City, as well as any supporting documentation for these contracts or agreements, with all divisions of the USDA.

(b) The City Administrator or designee shall have the authority to make requests for information and communicate with all divisions of the USDA on matters including, but not limited to, crop yield and soil data.
