The determination of the Commissioner to grant or deny any Flood Plain Development Permit shall be subject to review by the Planning Commission in the manner generally provided by Section 1165.05 of the Codified Ordinances for the review of alleged errors of law or fact in the interpretation or application of a Zoning Ordinance by the Commissioner. The determination of the Planning Commission shall constitute a final administrative determination for purposes of Chapter 2506 of the Ohio Revised Code.
