(a) All new and replacement water supply systems located on lands zoned Flood Plain shall be designed to prevent the infiltration of floodwater.
(b) All new and replacement sanitary sewerage located on lands zoned Flood Plain shall be designed to minimize infiltration of floodwater and to prevent discharge of waste to floodwaters.
(c) All new and replacement on-site waste disposal systems located on lands zoned Flood Plain shall be designed to avoid impairment to them or contamination from them during flood conditions. (Ord. 8289. Passed 3-2-21.)
