377.99 PENALTY.

Whoever violates any provision contained in Chapter 377 is guilty of a minor misdemeanor for a first offense and a misdemeanor of the fourth degree for each subsequent offense. Nothing in this section shall limit the City from filing other violations of law including, but not limited to, license violations.
