139.01 COMPOSITION.

In addition to the City Administrator, the Chief of Police and such emergency patrolmen as may be appointed by the Mayor, the Police Division shall be composed of the following officers and other members:

(a) An Assistant Chief of Police;

(b) Four lieutenants;

(d) Twenty-two patrolmen.
