1341.99 PENALTIES.
   (a)    Violation of Section 1341.01 of this chapter constitutes a misdemeanor of the first degree.
   (b)    Violation of Section 1341.05 of this chapter constitutes a misdemeanor of the fourth degree. A separate offense shall be deemed committed each day during which the premises are not in compliance with the requirements of Section 1341.04.
