1337.07 AREA LIMITATIONS.
   (a)    The maximum area of each face of a Ground Sign shall be the lesser of 1.5 square feet for each foot of frontage or 250 square feet.
   (b)    The maximum area of a Marquee Sign shall be the greater of 1.5 square feet for each foot of building frontage or the perimeter of the three exposed sides of the marquee, canopy or other supporting structure, measured in feet, multiplied by 5 square feet.
   (c)    Except as provided by subsections (d) and (e) hereof, the maximum area of a Wall Sign or Projecting Sign shall be 1.5 square feet for each foot of building frontage.
   (d)    The maximum area of a Wall Sign or Projecting Sign attached to a building that is located in a B-3 or B-4 District and more than 200 feet from the principal public right-of-way from which the sign is intended to be viewed shall be 1.75 square feet for each foot of building frontage.
   (e)    The maximum area of a Wall Sign or Projecting Sign attached to a building that is located in a B-3 or B-4 District and more than 400 feet from the principal public right-of-way from which the sign is intended to be viewed shall be 2.00 square feet for each foot of building frontage.
   (f)    The aggregate area of all signs located on any one lot or parcel of land, including temporary signs and signs exempted from permit requirements, shall not exceed 2 square feet for each foot of frontage.
