(a) Ground Signs shall not exceed 5 feet in height unless the lowest horizontal element is elevated more than 9 feet above the adjacent grade.
(b) Except as provided by subsection (c) hereof, Elevated Ground Signs shall not exceed 30 feet in height.
(c) Elevated Ground Signs identifying premises offering food, lodging or automotive services and oriented for view by motorists traveling on a limited access highway shall not exceed 50 feet in height.
(d) Marquee Signs shall have a minimum vertical clearance of 10 feet above the grade of any adjacent sidewalk and a minimum vertical clearance of 14 feet above the grade of any driveway or other area open to vehicular traffic. A Marquee Sign mounted above a marquee or canopy shall not extend above the roofline of the building to which the marquee or canopy is attached.
(e) Wall Signs shall not extend above the top of the wall to which they are attached.
