1331.02 CONFLICTING REGULATIONS.

Unless otherwise specifically and expressly provided, the more restrictive provision shall govern in all cases of conflict between the Ohio Building Code, the Ohio Residential Code for One, Two and Three Family Dwellings, the Permanent Foundations Guide for Manufactured Housing and any other Municipal Ordinance or technical code adopted by Ordinance.
