1316.02 ACTIONS TO ABATE NUISANCE AUTHORIZED.

The Law Director is authorized to commence Judicial proceedings for injunctive or other appropriate relief to abate any condition declared to be a public nuisance by Section 1316.01 of the Codified Ordinances.
