Upon receipt of a Notice of Appeal, the Clerk of the Board of Zoning and Building Appeals shall assign the appeal for hearing at the next regularly scheduled meeting of the Board to be convened more than ten days following the date on which the Notice of Appeal is received. Notice of the time and place assigned for hearing shall be delivered to the Appellant and the Building and Zoning Commissioner. The conduct of the hearing shall be included in the agenda prepared for the regular meeting of the Board at which the appeal will be heard. No other public notification of the time or place assigned for the conduct of the hearing shall be required.
