1313.99 PENALTY.

(a) Whoever engages in work for which a Certificate of Registration is required by this chapter without first obtaining such Certificate is guilty of a misdemeanor of the fourth degree.

(b) Whoever engages in work for which a Certificate of Registration is required by this chapter knowing that such Certificate has been revoked is guilty of a misdemeanor of the first degree. (Ord. 6223. Passed 6-12-01.)
