Certificates of Registration as a Contractor shall expire on December 31 each year. Applications for the renewal of an expiring Certificate may be made on and after December 1. Applications for renewal shall be made on forms prescribed by the Building and Zoning Commissioner and shall be supported by evidence that all insurance coverages required by this Chapter are in force on the date of renewal and that such coverage has been maintained without interruption since the date on which the expiring Certificate of Registration was issued.
