The issuance of a Certificate of Registration under this chapter signifies only that the applicant has complied with the registration requirements of this chapter and does not constitute a representation by the Municipality concerning the quality of work that may be expected of the holder of such Certificate. No holder of any Certificate of Registration issued under this chapter shall represent to any person that the possession of such Certificate attests to the holder's, honesty, integrity or competency. Misrepresentation of such Certificate of Registration as a municipal endorsement of the Holder's goods or services shall result in revocation of such Certificate. (Ord. 6223. Passed 6-12-01.)
