No person, corporation, partnership or other business association shall undertake to perform any work or advertise him, her or itself as being available for the performance of any work within the City for which a License as a Hydronics Contractor is required by Chapter 4740 of the Revised Code unless such person, corporation, partnership or business association has been issued a certificate of registration as a Hydronics Contractor by the Building and Zoning Commissioner.
