Unless otherwise specifically and expressly defined within an individual chapter of Part Thirteen of the Codified Ordinances, the word "structure" as used in Part Thirteen of the Codified Ordinances, means anything constructed or erected, the use of which requires a fixed location on the ground or attachment to something having a fixed location on the ground and includes, but is not limited to: buildings, dwellings, dwelling units, rooming units, industrialized units, manufactured housing units, fences, billboards and other signs, and further includes facilities and appurtenances constructed or installed to promote the utilization of buildings, dwellings, dwelling units, rooming units, industrialized units and manufactured housing units including, without limitation: driveways; sidewalks; storm water drainage grading and conduits; sanitary sewerage facilities; water, electric energy and natural gas transmission facilities and connections.
