961.01 VETERANS MEMORIAL AREA.
   (a)    Section six of Riverside Cemetery is hereby designated as a Veterans Memorial area.
   (b)    Burial in such Section shall be pursuant to regulations as are established and on file, which regulations are hereby approved.
