955.02 ESTABLISHMENT OF VIDEO PROVIDER FEE.

A video service provider fee equal to five percent (5%) of gross revenue shall be paid quarterly by all video service providers offering video service to subscribers with service addresses located in the City. The service provider fee shall be computed and paid in the manner prescribed in Ohio R.C. 1332.32.
