As used in this chapter:
(a) “Video service,” “video service area” and “video service provider” have the same meaning as in Ohio R.C. 1332.21 to 1332.34.
(b) “Video service provider fee” means the fee authorized by Ohio R.C. 1332.32 and payable by a video service provider to a municipal corporation in which the video service provider offers video services.
(c) “Gross revenue” means all revenue collected by a video service provider for video service furnished to subscribers having a service address in the City upon which a Municipal video service provider fee may lawfully by computed and includes:
(1) All forms of revenue enumerated in Ohio R.C. 1332.32(B)(1); and
(2) All advertising revenue as defined by Ohio R.C. 1332.32(B)(2)(g).
