The remedies provided by this Chapter are not exclusive of remedies available under general law or administrative regulations and the City Administrator, City Law Director and such officials of the Environmental Protection Agency as may be called upon to compliance with environmental laws within the City shall have discretion to resort to such alternative remedies as may be available and to pursue cumulative remedies.
