Any person found to be violating any of the provisions of this chapter, except as otherwise provided in Section 925.13 and 925.99, shall be served by the Municipality with written notice stating the nature of the violation and providing a reasonable time limit for satisfactory correction. The notice shall be served on the person in a manner provided for the service of summonses in civil actions. The time allotted for compliance shall be not less than thirty days. The offender shall, within the period of time stated in the notice, permanently cease all violations.
