921.25 REINSTATEMENT OF SERVICE.
   When a customer has been terminated for a default in payment and the customer has completely paid all arrearages due on the account, including fees associated with the restoration of service, the Utility Billing Office shall reinstate utility service to the customer as soon as it is practical. If service is terminated under Section 921.24, service shall not be reinstated until the grounds justifying the turn-off have been eliminated by the customer and all fees associated with the restoration of service have been paid. The Utility Billing Office shall reinstate utility service to the customer as soon as practical thereafter.
