921.12 OPERATION OF CURB STOPS, FIRE HYDRANTS AND WATER SYSTEM VALVES.

No person but a City employee while performing his or her official duties shall operate curb stops, fire hydrants and valves on the City water system. A charge may be made by the Water Division for the cost of shutting off and turning on water when required for private purposes.
