There shall be a permit cost for all property inside and outside of the City having unmetered fire line or sprinkler system connections with the City water system. These charges shall be ten dollars ($10.00) per month per each line tapped off the City main. Permit costs shall be paid with the monthly metered water bills and under the same conditions.
